After all the discussion about Jeremy Piven, I began to wonder what other supporting actors/actresses are popular among the KKW crowd.

I myself prefer Jason Statham (The Transporter, The Italian Job 2003)and Donald Faison (Clueless, Remember the Titans).

I also like the kicker from "The Replacements". I think his name is Rhys Ivans...but I hear he has landed some starring roles in Europe...

If Statham is to big of a star, than replace him on my list with Corin Nemec (Operation Dumbo Drop, Killer Budd)

You see, it is easy to come up with a few lesser-known actors. Why don't you give it a shot?

For the record, I predicted Sienna Miller would become a big star waaaay back when. For those of you who remember, I posted a thread that died quickly about her on the old forum. Anyways, now she's dating Jude Law and has a starring role in the new Alfie movie. So...yeah....Sienna Miller.

Shannyn Sossamon. She's a psycho, but she's a cool actress. Seriously though, who in their right mind names their kid Audio Science?

Chris Evans....he's hot.

Giovanni Ribisi. He's been in a lot of "big" films but hasn't quite acheived the attention he deserves. You might remember him from Cold Mountain, Lost in Translation, Saving Private Ryan, Boiler Room, Gone in 60 seconds. He also guest starred on 'Friends' and 'X-Files'.

I am absolutely in love with his new show, and the guy who plays Eric on it, Kevin Connolly. I think he's fabulous.

Also I agree with whoever said Giovanni Ribisi.

Emmanuelle BĂ©art... not only for her looks...

I've always liked Eric Stoltz, and he's never really made it to "A" list status. He was fantastic in Pulp Fiction.
Steve Buscemi is another actor who's never going to be an "A" lister, but can act rings around most of them.
I can't really think of "B" list actresses right now. Very tired.

I didn't even know she was married. :( God what a pathetic name.

Gary Busey - Awesome actor in every one of his roles, especially as Buddy Holly. Normally, you tend to see him play bad guy roles but every once in a while you can catch him in a movie where he actually lives... Silver Bullet.

Jamie Kennedy - Loved him in Scream, unfortuantely only in Scream.

Others:

Ryan Phillippe
Scott Grimes

barry pepper (we were soldiers, knockaround guys) is a good actor

chris owen (american pie 1&2, angus, and many others) he is pretty funny

seth green (austin powers movies, can't hardly wait, knockaround guys, greg the bunny series, it, newly "without a paddle", and there are some others that i will slap myself for not recognizing) but i don't consider him an 'a' list actor by any means, but he is awesome.

jack black - my fucking hero. need i say more. he may be considered an 'a' list actor but has to be on this list for me. very well may be the funniest man alive in my book.

I have heard some sources recently saying that Keira isn't technically an A-list actress. They all say that the movies in which she stars are never really big hits. I think that she is, but I'm a little biased of course.

There's no way she's not, right?

Honestly, I don't consider Keira an A-lister. Not yet anyways.

Wow, thats almost funny. Good call.

Hmm...Keira isn't A-list. She hasnt far to go, but she is definitely not there yet.

Hmm, when I hear "B-list actors", I tend to think of those who have starred in their share of B-grade movies (or television work). So, most of these people you are all naming aren't really B-list, in my opinion (except for Kari Wuhrer), as a great deal of them have been in some very popular, main-stream movies.

So, keeping that in mind, some of my favorite B-listers include, but are not limited to, the following ...

Corey Haim and Corey Feldman
Molly Ringwald
Mike White
Fred Willard
David Koechner
Dave Coulier
John Stamos

This kind of reads like a list of has-beens. I'll think of more later.

Sticking with the 'Full House' theme, I'll add Bob Saget. He's not that bad an actor, honestly. Maybe if he devoted his time to getting more movie and tv roles instead of hosting 'America's Funniest Home Videos', his career maybe could of gone somewhere.

i agree bob saget is a very good actor and he is also one of the funniest most inovative comedians to ever live. i have heard him say some things that would make andrew dice clay tremble.

Yeah, Bob Saget wasn't that bad. I just hated that crazy, cross-eyed look he'd get every time he had a serious moment on Full House (namely when his character was supposed to be very angry). Seriously. Watch the re-runs on Nick at Nite, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Comedians are often the best actors.
Tom Hanks, Jim Carrey, Robin Williams, Steve Martin...the list goes on. I guess the timing that comedy requires translates into acting. That, and most comedy routines are pure acting.

If you think he was funny before, you have to see him in "Dumb and Dumberer". His part was the spackle that held the script together...

The technical definition of a B-List actor is one whose name appears after the title in the Movie Information Capsule (that is the true name).

For Example...

George Clooney Matt Damon Andy Garcia Brad Pitt AND Julia Roberts "OCEAN'S ELEVEN" Casey Affleck Scott Caan Elliot Gould Bernie Mac Carl Reiner

Holy shit! I just realized that Don Cheadle appears unbilled. He is one of my favorite B-listers as well.

Anyway, some movies don't format their capsule in the same way, and some big actors with tiny roles are placed in B territory. After all this, checking the capsule is the easiest way to know

i agree, that's why comedic movies entertain so much more than any other type of movie.

back on topic, 5 years ago Vince Vaughn would have been at the top of my list, but i think he graduated to A list material with old school and dodgeball.

in movies like psycho, swingers, cool dry place, he was fantastic but didn't get much publicity for.
