Simple affair really.
Bored of "Post Your Desktop" we should instead initiate Post Your Desk.
We want to see where you sit to view the Wavefront for all hours god sends!

Extra prizes for obscure bedroom furniture/artefacts.

You're a tidy man, Bazzle.

Desk is the survivor of many angry craft/swiss army knife attacks.
My rock and troll cap covering my alarm clock to the left, and my glow in the dark pig sticker on my lamp.
To the left is too many computer science books, shelf above that is my collection of martial arts books.

Josher don't have a posh computer...he's running a Dell

I used to have one and I'm SO glad I no longer do...eurgh :p

I would post my desk except Baz's tidiness has set a benchmark, and most of you have more or less done enough to fulfil the job...my desk is a major bomb site at the mo, with me exams...and my sheer laziness doesn't help much.

I love my Dell! It's my old Compaq I am glad I don't have anymore and for $400 my Dell was a great deal. These are my computer specs: http://epithett.com/img/specs.jpg

Woah that looks so sweet! Why the hell do you have 2 monitors at work and at home pc =\ *just notices the laptop* ok that's 3 screens, plus your home office comp. Nice speakers... And how come your Woolworths management office so swanky... Don't tell me they customized it just for you with a subwoofer =P

My room is very crowded, despite all of the different angles from which I have shot my pictures. I do have 56k (for whoever asked me in the shoutbox), but for the past two months, my neighbor has let me use his wifi. It was my graduation present. If I put the computer up high or near a window, I get a weak signal. I usually keep my computer on top of this dresser, and I stand as I type. I only do this when I'm on this site, which doesn't require constant attention.

As for the artifact, I have something that no one can beat. This is a Ninja Turtle from Mexico. It is made out of plaster. Notice the careful inscription "tURtlE" on the base. I doubt anyone has anything this rare or mystifying...

PS- we have the same stereo Josher.

Our family is still living in the year 1998. I think you can see that for yourselves... and only have to look at the bloody flag!

We're getting a brand spanking new computer in 3 weeks. I'm counting down the seconds...

I challenge anyone here to have an even older computer!

They are raised management offices above the store itself, they sit in the commerical area of the shopping center we are in.

i dont think i have an older one, but it's around the same year, or it's 2000, not sure. i hate the big monitor, everyone has the flat ones now, my brother has one, it's custom made with flashing lights in his...damn forgot what it's called at the moment, hard drive box. every computer i've had has been passed down 2nd hand from my siblings, the curse of beening the youngest :icon_frow . anyone else with an old(er) computer? my dad says he'll get me a new computer when i go to college, so i'm stuck with a dell and dial up connection until 2007.

I've still got my very first computer, got it in 1995. Haven't used it in years, but my mum sometimes uses it to practise typing. *needs a digital camera*

Yeah, I've got an old 95 AST(sucks), but it has now gone to that big old computer graveyard in the sky...
...Anyway, my family uses an '04 Dell Dimension 4550, with just recently purchased cable. As for me, well, I have an '03 Alienware Area-51, which is VERY COOL. Now I only need a wireless network adapter to share the cable from downstairs(already have the linksys router, mom forgot the rest:(
Would send you a pic, but I don't have a digital camera :(

i used to have a much older computer but we got rid of it, meaning we threw it behinds some alley. okay not really but it went away somewhere. it was a mac, i think from sometime in the 80s. we had really old games for it, like reader rabbit and some plane one where all u did was bomb an island.
