Anyone know where I can get a copy of Keira's first film, A Royal Celebration, please?

I've tried eBay and Amazon (plus all my local video and DVD shops) without any success.

To find it on Amazon or eBay would suggest it's been released on VHS or DVD, which it hasn't. It was only a BBC play, and was never repeated after it was shown in 1993.
