Just out of curiosity... does anyone on here longboard?

If so, what's your setup?

I usually ride a Flexdex RT Pro40, but I'm thinking of doing one of the loaded challenges and getting a dervish. Or possibly a BustinBoard

:D

I used to regular-size skateboard. I was all about them kickflips.

The last skateboard I owned was a green and black Vision Gator. It was about the same thickness as a common computer desk and only weighed half as much. :p
I inherited a skateboard that looks like one of those long ones you are talking about, but that was before you were born and it was only about 15 inches long.

ahhh... normal skateboarding is okay. But the ride is nothing as smooth as a longboard with huge 70mm wheels. Such a rush. I think the fastest I've gone is around 25-30 mph (so around 40-50 kph). I've heard of people going up to 40, which is insane!

Why does nobody longboard here? I'm pretty sad. Haha

Well, I'd ask what you guys think about getting a new bustin board, but oh well. Maybe I'll just spring for it =D

It looks fun, but I'd be afraid I'd break a hip.
