Keira in the Bill

Does anyone know where you can find the full episode of Keira in the show called "The Bill". The episode is called Swan Song. Keiraweb has like 14 seconds of it but if anyone knows where the full episode is please please please tell me. Its Season 11 episode 39 I believe.

its going to be tricky, they've only released seasons 1-3 on dvd so far.
