i've been looking for those ballerinas (http://www.keiraknightley.net/gallery/data/989/keiraknightley-dot-net_movie-potc3-trailer-caps-00044.jpg) for quite some time now and when i watched "at world's end" for the 2nd time last week, i noticed that keira is wearing them in this chinese town at the beginning of the film.

unfortunately i couldn't find a better picture :dontknowa does anyone know where i can find them or which brand they are?

They look the same as these ones (http://www.k-knightley.org/gallery/displayimage.php?album=836&pos=1) to me, so perhaps they were hers before or have been hers since filming.
