I have photoshop since last monday, and i don't know a lot how to use it, and I want to know your opinion about my signature and avatar, and please say me what to improve if you don't like them (avatar and/or signature).

If you have Adobephotoshop than thats ok.

Owning a copy of PS doesn't mean you automatically have awesome graphics. if you have no skill, PS will usually make something look worse than if you used software designed to hold your hand and walk you through it.
