Maker's Mark bourbon in a glass with two ice cubes.
If I'm flush with cash, make it a Booker's.
With a thick, juicy steak, I like a nice (read good, but not snobbish) cabernet sauvigion.
Beer...Guinness. Just had a bit with some let over corned beef and cabbage.
And, as of late, I've begun to develop a taste for scotch.
Shit...I guess that means I'm growing up.

True, but it comes from a can/bottle/tap. Whiskey's a broad term, no? Jack Daniels and Glenfddich would both fall beneath that banner.
I cannot stand American beer. I'll drink a Michelob if cold piss is the only alternative.
Canadian beer is as domestic as I get.

Tequila is urine from the bladder of Satan.

Pink Sambuca? What...the...fuck?

pink sambuca rocks

I'm not a fan of the sweet. Too many hangovers brought on by bourbon and Coke, not to mention those as a result of liquor shots.

21-03-2007, 03:39 AM
Glenfidich, Guinness, Vodka, Tequila, Molson

21-03-2007, 05:38 AM
Guinness, Asahi, Tiger, and James Squires.

And VB, in a pinch.

21-03-2007, 05:55 AM
I don't drink anymore. I'm sticking with Roy Rogers now.

21-03-2007, 08:03 AM
Guinness, Amstel herfstbok, Malibu coke and for that matter, any sort of rum with coke, honey rum (love!), any wine that doesn't taste like my mum's (she drinks vinegar).

You know my sad, sad story. :icon_lol:

By the way, kilt boy, aren't you 15? :p

21-03-2007, 06:23 PM
Being in a pipe band gets you educated and are you not older than me?

21-03-2007, 07:24 PM
I am older than you. It's kind of a relief, at least I'm older than somebody. :p Nah, just kidding.

Oh, sorry Ice, off topic. My bad.

21-03-2007, 08:44 PM
I like the Jack D with ice
an Teachers with Cola and ice
some whisky ( don't have preferences )
and there is something you don't know because it's made only in my country, which is very good

Good to see Mr. Daniels gettin' some love.
A buddy of mine played baseball at Motlow State Community College many moons ago. Motlow is the name of the family that distills Jack Daniels.

And now, to stay on topic...
Samuel Smith's
Sam Adams (only American beer I'll drink...other than microbrews)

Cider is the stuff for me!

Cider is the stuff for me!

Had a Spanish tapas night not long ago, and we all received a free glass of cider. It was the worst cider I've ever tasted, and I haven't had the guts to try since :P

What are some good ciders?
I've seen them stores here, but I'm never sure which one to get. ABC has a pretty good selection, as I recall.

For just hanging out with friends, beer's good. I haven't got favorite brand because I haven't had enough to choose, but I like Heineken. I do know however that Keystone, PBR, and Natty Ice are the shittiest things ever produced. I will never pay for that kind of beer again.

For going out to parties (where who cares what the beer is) we start the night off with two shots of 151, then you only need two or three beers at the place before you're shouting and taking off articles of clothing.

I much prefer Southern Comfort, don't mind shots of that.

But, I think my favorite drink I've had so far is a White Russian. I watched The Big Lebowski and was inspired. Haven't had too many mixed drinks, but this one's the best I've come across so far.

is it a bit foolish to be drinking from a bottle labeled

"Handle With Extreme Caution"

Irish car bombs and gladiators

20-04-2007, 01:13 AM
Jager Bombs are pretty awesome
A nice cold schooner of Carlton Draught
But the greatest alcoholic beverage is a nicely chilled Goony Bag of Dry White. 4 litres of value for $5-who could go past it?
