1. Her arse.
2. Her breasts.
3. Her legs.

Well put. Although her breasts aren't THAT impressive. I'd put the legs above them, certainly. Toss-up between the arse and legs for the number one spot for me, I'd probably go for legs as her arse is just a little too round for her waist/boobs. She's got a big pelvis for her very slight frame.

1, Her left boob
2, Her right boob
3, Her vagina

Heh. Took Foeni's ball and ran it right into the endzone. Good show, old chap! Come back soon.

you're like a chimp. you don't know what to say. so you shriek. what makes you think i don't like you? i simply pity you guys. :)

The feeling is mutual. Of course the difference is your pity is predicated (look it up) upon the fallacy (I said fallacy, not phallus, don't get excited) that any of us are obsessed with Keira. So far you've mocked myself and Ice and I don't believe either of us have shown particular interest in the Keira discussion areas. By contrast you show a great deal of obsession with us.

Our pity is predicated upon the fact your mother clearly dropped you on your head at birth. Several times. It not only explains your hideous looks but also your immense stupidity.

Aww man, that's a real shame. I was so looking forward to yet another newbie thinking I'm stupid and trying to match wits with me. Not many make that mistake. Maybe I'll just have to satisfy myself with the irony of someone saying "Your[sic] one of those idiots..." when it should be "You're". Oh well.

Digital_Ice
07-11-2007, 03:53 PM
heh, I first read that as "You're Sick"

I personally never bother using [sic], I always assume the quotation marks sum up that thats exactly what they said.

Leonie
07-11-2007, 05:22 PM
[sic] is for works in print, so they know that you didn't fuck up your typing or spelling. That way, you can quote typo stuff without looking like an eejit. Happens a lot with slightly older books, where money prevented publishers from rushing to bring out a new edition to get rid of the typo.

I want one of these though: http://img.blogads.com/878642049/img.jpg

Hazzle
07-11-2007, 06:28 PM
Old habits die hard. During my degrees I was taught to put [sic] into quotes with typing errors.

Leonie
07-11-2007, 07:39 PM
Or grammatical errors, or any kind of error really. [sic] means "I know this is wrong, but I'm direct-quoting, so bear with me."

Digital_Ice
07-11-2007, 10:13 PM
maybe its an acronym relating to the original author "stupid illiterate cunt"

(and before you try to out-latin me... it's a joke!)

1. I love her sense of humour...but I naturally adore British humour...so basically whot inside her head...is always surprising:D
2. Well the first thing I noticed was the looks obviously...stunning
3. The talent...God she's gown up brilliantly in acting since Bend it Loke Beckham...haven't sene Atonement yet but from whot I have seen...OMG (not to mention that is my favorite book)! I was crying by the trailer for crying out loud!!!

There is no such thing as a "British accent". For the love of God would people stop saying crap like that?! First of all "Britain" is three (Northern Ireland is part of the "United Kingdom" but not Britain) separate countries (England, Wales and Scotland) and all three have VERY different accents.

In amongst those there are some very strong regional accents, particularly in England. Ice, for example, sounds nothing like I do. He's from the Midlands where they all sound like they shag their cousins (because they do). Whereas I have a home counties accent (apparently).

Leonie

1.) her acting
2.) her smile (I love that it's not perfect, but always genuine).
3.) her sense of humor (It's so refreshing to see a young actress with a personality these days).

close runners up would be of course her gorgeousness and on the more girlie note her sense of style. ;)

I beg to differ - I am sure that you are correct that there is no universal "British accent". What most people here are referring to is the fact that even if you are not a native speaker it is quite easy to hear that Keira is not from the USA. Of course I can't place her inside England, but it is still possible to guess the right continent...;)

northern ireland is part of britian its the same as united kingdon thats why people say "britian" or the "U.K" if your born in nortern ireland your british to, it's called 'United Kingdon of Great Britian'

but yes everone has different accents keira has a london (i think) accent even in england people sound different in different parts of the country english accent does alway mean posh royal type accent which people think<3

Err, I'm afraid your wrong.

It's correctly called the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" Great Britain is an island, only incorporation England, Scotland and Wales, as hazzle correctly said. It does not include the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Ireland etc.

However, anyone within the UK can be correctly called "British" but not necessarily in "Great Britain".
