Anyway:
answer 1 : lim (2x-sinx)/(2x+sinx) = lim x(2- (sinx/x))/x(2+(sinx/x)) = (2-1)/(2+1) =1/3
so Question 1: 3
answer 2 : y`=5f`(5x)=5(1/5x)=1/x
so Question 2: 2
