6/10. Only because I screwed up and wasn't reading carefully. I have a 75% chance of cheating death, which is probably true.

Wow, I'm not even going to write my score. Let's just say it's not safe for me to leave my house.

8/11

Only because you guys freaked me out with the shark one. Had I listened to myself, instead of going with my second guess cause I thought the answer must be illogical then, I would have got that right too. Garr.

I can tell I've never been skiing. Getting the venomous snake question wrong is a little more disconcerting though, given my future destination.

What was the correct answer for the shark question? I've always been told that a bop on the nose is very disconcerting for a shark. I missed the snake bite as well because I figured icing the area would help restrict blood flow.
I noticed that the site was a little wonky on my first couple of attempts at the test. I couldn't click on answers, and then when I could, it would tell me I had given an incorrect answer, and give me the answer that I had given. That happened on the bear and hypothermia questions.
Maybe Jake should try it again.

SPOILER

Liam has always told me to go for the eyes, but I, idiot, decided to just keep still. Stupid test. Because sharks only have an awesome sense of smell and sight and everything else, so I'm sure they won't notice me. Duh. I knew the nose is a sensitive area, but apparently taking their eyes out is even less appreciated.

I did the same as you with the snake question. Washing it out seemed a very strange thing to do.

Personally, I loved question 12.

Nope. Worked fine for me the first try. Still got 4/11.

I remember all the answers now, so it wouldn't be fair for me to go back and do it.

Depends on how you look it at - seeing how you know the answers now, your chance of survival would be a lot higher than what it was before :icon_bigg

I suppose you could use your fingers. That is, if said shark doesn't bite them off before you can think of that...

There is a simple solution: If you're not carrying a stick with you when swimming, simply borrow the stick from the shark.

(Yes, I stole this joke from Fred Armisen's SNL skit)

11/11.

I'd like to point out that even though it is listed as the correct answer, you should never, ever wash any bite from any snake. Medical staff can test any venom or snake spittle on the skin to determine the type of snake which inflicted the bite, and thus administer the correct anti-venom.

A little advice from someone who has worked with venomous snakes. :)
