I'm going to make my own fireworks display by sacrificing my computer to the Quake 3 random lockup Gods.

I'm going to a big fireworks party tonight and it's just ouside city limits so theres going to be alot of illegal chinese firework. But then there are those who are in the city limits who simply shoot their guns in the sky to get some of that same effect.

Hmm well, bottle rockets are illegal in Kansas, so we usually drive to Missouri to buy a shitload of them and shoot them at inatimate objects using a pipe. :D

It would've been my Grandpa's 100th birthday today, so hooray!

Otherwise, I'm just going to be sitting at home, looking at the rain and trying to avoid the rather awful television on tonight.

Can you imagine what Disneyland is going to look like today!?! I do nothing but eat indoors on holidays.

Barbecueing dead cows, trying to catch squirells, trying to see an antelope a mountain lion 'killed' (this comes through my little sister. Am highly doubtful it is true), fire-truck rides, and fireworks.
Me likie fire. Fire perrrrrrty.

We shot off a shit load of ordinance today. Our street was completly coverd in smoke so thick you could barely see accross the street. We were shooting stuff off for a good hour, and I smelt like a cigar shop aftewords.

This asshole that lived down the street from me used to do that to us when we were kids. Ever heard a bottle rocket pass six inches from your ear?

Oh yeah...I drove 500 miles in a shitbox van. Saw fireworks all along the way.

I saw the Queen when I was in London.

I bbq'd, spent a couple hours out at the barn where people were bbq'ing, and then my family and I went to my old high school for fireworks. It was awesome, they had a street festival type thing with food and games, music, my friend Jack sang the national anthem, and then everyone sang along to the patriotic songs while the fireworks went off.

Ah, I love Fourth of July. It's my favorite holiday....so fun.

Out at my uncles house we could see the country folks shooting off their big fireworks, and then two pro fireworks shows. It was 3 hours of fireworkin' fun.

Where we were we could only see the pro ones and then a couple 'shows' that people were doing in front of their house. Driving home though, we saw three seperate pro shows from the freeway.

We all went downtown to watch the High Falls fireworks. We didn't go to the usual bridge spot to watch them, we went down below on the opposite side. We could hardly see them, until my friend showed us a spot that allowed us to see. They were pretty nice, but this man in front of us had his baby in his arms, and the baby's head was on his shoulder facing us. The whole time she was getting scared and you could see tears build in her eyes. The the finale came and the tears started flowing. 'Twas sad.
